What we are casting for

Two kinds of work to start with, both paid and agreed in writing before the shoot.

  • Real estate and lifestyle shoots

    Photos and short videos in Athens apartments managed by ModernBookings: coffee on the terrace, cooking in the kitchen, a couple arriving for the weekend. You bring the apartment to life for guests who are about to book.

  • Who we are looking for

    Women, men and couples, 18 and over, of every body type. Lifestyle shoots need natural, relaxed people more than runway experience.

    Your details, measurements, phone photos and a live selfie. It is saved step by step.

    We contact you

    When your profile matches a shoot, we email you the brief.

    Agreed in writing

    Pay, date, location and how the photos are used are agreed in writing before you accept.

    Shoot day

    In Athens, with our team guiding you. You are paid as agreed.

Before you start

What to have ready

A well-lit smartphone photo is perfectly fine. Stand near a window, against a plain wall, in simple fitted clothes.

  • A headshot

    One clear photo of your face, smiling, and one neutral if you can. You will also take a quick live selfie in the form. No filters or sunglasses.

  • A full-body shot

    Head to toe, facing the camera, in a plain t-shirt and jeans or similar. Side and back views help too.

  • Your basic details

    Your height, weight, clothing and shoe sizes, and your Instagram or TikTok if you have one.

  • Your ID, last

    A Greek ID card, an EU ID card or a passport, for the final step.

Do I need experience to model?

No. Many lifestyle and real estate shoots want natural people, not professionals. We guide you on set, with poses and movement.

Are the shoots paid?

Yes. Every shoot is paid. Pay is agreed per project and sent to you in writing, with the date and how the photos will be used, before you accept.

Is there a registration fee?

No. Applying and joining our talent network is free. Be wary of anyone who asks for money to put you forward for a casting.

What height and age do I need?

You need to be 18 or older. There is no minimum height for lifestyle shoots. For fashion, each brief says what the client needs. We work with every age over 18, including people in their 30s and 40s.

What photos should I send?

Clear phone photos are enough: a smiling portrait and a full-length front photo, in natural light, with no filters. You also take a short live selfie in the form.

Can men or couples apply?

Yes. For apartment shoots we often need men, women, couples and groups of friends. If you apply as a couple, each of you fills in your own application and names the other in your personal statement.

Do I need to be signed with a model agency?

No. You can apply directly. If you already work with an agency, say so in your application.

Why do you ask for an ID?

To confirm your identity and age before your first booking. It is stored privately and used for nothing else.

When will I hear back?

Our casting coordinator reads every application. We email you when your profile matches a shoot in Athens.
