How ordering, payment, delivery and warranty work when you buy equipment from StudioLebanon.
Products
Everything we sell is original and brand new, from the supplier. We do not sell used or refurbished equipment. Photos show the product; packaging can differ slightly from the photos.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. The price at checkout is the price you pay for the item. Prices can change, but never on an order you have already placed.
Ordering
You can order without an account. After you order, you receive a confirmation by email, and we contact you on WhatsApp or by email to confirm the order.
Payment
We accept Whish Money, OMT and bank transfer. The payment details are shown right after you order and in your order email. We do not take cash on delivery.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup from our studio in Zouk Mosbeh is free. We deliver anywhere in Lebanon within 2 to 3 business days for a flat delivery fee of $9, whatever the size of the order.
Warranty
Every item carries the supplier's warranty. Its length depends on the brand and the product. If something goes wrong with an item, contact us and we will help you with the warranty claim.
Returns
We do not offer 30-day returns. If you are not sure which model fits your work, message us before you order and we will help you choose.
