Guesthouse and Airbnb marketing is starting from $150 per property. Stay Report episodes are paid in full upfront in USD, by cash, Whish Money, OMT or bank transfer. Every episode is labelled as a paid partnership and shows your nightly price. The series is designed to drive bookings but cannot guarantee a number of bookings. The regions we film in are agreed case by case. Owners who join the winter series get 20% off the summer series, which launches at the end of May. Travel fees for listing shoots outside Greater Beirut are agreed before the shoot.

Ski season and the holidays
Chalets in Faraya, Kfardebian and the Cedars, plus Christmas and New Year's Eve. Show the fireplace, the snow view and the drive to the slopes. Weekends sell first.

Start with photos and a video tour that show the rooms, the view and the area. Then put them where guests look: your Airbnb and Booking.com listing, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. Our Stay Report episodes do the publishing and promotion for you, and paid ads reach guests beyond your own followers.
How can I fill a chalet or guesthouse in the off-season?
Film in October and November, while the property is quiet, and publish before the holidays and ski season. Guests book weeks ahead, so content that goes live in December is already late for many winter weekends.

Does The Stay Report guarantee bookings?
No. The series is designed to drive bookings, with every episode published on our channels and boosted with paid ads, but no one can honestly guarantee a number of bookings.
Where are Stay Report episodes published?
On the StudioLebanon Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Dailymotion channels. The Top tier adds a 3 to 5-minute long version on YouTube and Dailymotion.
Do you manage Meta and TikTok ads for guesthouses?
Yes. We plan and run Meta and TikTok campaigns for your property on your ad budget, using the reels and photos we shoot. Ad management is quoted per property.
Can you improve my Airbnb and Booking.com listing?
Yes. We rewrite titles and descriptions, reorder photos, complete amenities and set up your Google Business Profile, so guests who find you are more likely to book.
Do you work with property managers with several units?
Yes. Stay Report tiers are priced per unit, with 15% off from 3 units, 20% from 5 units and 25% from 10 units. Listing shoots for several units are planned on one shoot day and quoted per project.
